This has been an amazing summer for peppers in my garden, thanks to the heirloom Cubanelles, jalapeƱos and Jimmy Nardello Italian Peppers from Baker Creek Heirloom Seeds. I started the Italian peppers from seed last summer. They were the first of my peppers to begin producing, and they are still producing.
The cubanelles and jalapeƱos were started from seed in January, and are still thriving. I stuff them, pickle them, use them in sauces, stir fries and salads, and still have plenty to share.
